Anthony Ayers

Anthony Dale Ayers, 62, passed away Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital. The son of C. M. & Helen (Fiddler) Ayers, he was born August 2, 1956 in Detroit. Anthony's favorite pastimes were spent hunting at Deer Camp and fishing either at Crooked Lake or walleye fishing in the Detroit River. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ruth Ayers-Way; and brother, Jimmy Ayers. Surviving is his significant other of more than 30 years, Trudy Jordan; sons, Anthony Joseph Ayers, Michael Jordan, and Joshua Jordan; grandson, Aaron Ayers; sisters, Juanita & Gene Kemeza, and Margaret Henderson; brother, Danny Ayers; and many other beloved family and friends. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial in celebration of Anthony will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
