Annette Heuvelhorst

Annette Heuvelhorst, age 92, of Grand Rapids, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at her home under the loving care of her family. The daughter of Willard & Goldie (Shroyer) Menish, she was born on April 18, 1920 in Huntington, Indiana. Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn Talsma, and Peggy Bender.
