Anne Y. Smith, age 78, of Whitehall, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Mercy Health Mercy Campus. The daughter of Louis & Mildred (Buttleman) Troughton, she was born on October 14, 1935 in Muskegon, Michigan. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
