Anna Chavez

Anna Lissette Escutia-Chavez, age 25, of Wyoming, died Wednesday evening at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids from injuries received in an automobile accident. The daughter of Maria Guadalupe(Chavez) and Jose Jesus Escutia, she was born on March 22, 1989 in Miami, Florida. Surviving are her parents; a sister, Yesenia Reynosa; and a brother, Jose Jesus Escutia. Viewing is Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care (Funeraria de Michigan), 3627 Linden Avenue S.E., Grand Rapids, (located just off of 36th Street one block west of Eastern Avenue), where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Wyoming. Instead of flowers, relatives and friends are asked to consider donations to the family for their needs. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
