Amy Beth Cole, age 45, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at her home surrounded by family and Hospice of Holland. The daughter of Thomas F. & Lauretta M. (Ward) Wachowiak, she was born May 6, 1970 in Bay City. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
