Alvin Frisch

Alvin Dale Frisch Sr., age 75, of Vicksburg, Michigan passed away suddenly on Friday, December 6, 2019. He was born September 30, 1944, in Antigo, Wisconsin to the late Felix and Ruth (Schisel) Frisch. Al married Koren "Connie" Fae Boodt on March 1, 1969, in Portage, MI. They had three children and celebrated 50 years of marriage together. Al was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the great outdoors. Survivors include his wife, Connie; two daughters, Tina (Jeff) Bannister and Michelle (Mark) Johnson; grandchildren, Alyssa and Codey Frisch, Caitlin and Chris Bannister, Liz Johnson, and Dan Vannoller; daughter-in-law, Sheila Frisch; 7 sisters; 2 brothers; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Al was preceded in death by his parents and son, Alvin Jr. Per his wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Ken Krum Center, 505 E. Clay Street, Schoolcraft, MI, 49087. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established. Connie and the girls would like to extend a special thank you to all of the family and friends for their love and support through this difficult time.
