Allan Hoekzema, age 77, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Faith Hospice Trillium Woods.
The son of Jack & Anne (Cooper) Hoekzema, he was born on June 8, 1938 in Los Angeles, California.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
