Alfred Francis Adams, age 86, of Battle Creek, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center-Battle Creek.
He was born on September 30, 1924 in Detroit. A veteran of World War II, Alfred served in the U.S. Army. For 30 years he worked as a funirture upholsterer for Sears Roebuck & Company.
Committal services, with full military honors, are at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta.
