Alberta M. Yeomans, age 77, of Greenville, passed away Sunday morning, July 26, 2009 at her home. The daughter of William C. & Lucy A. (Copeland) Tiffany, she was born on Aug. 4, 1931 at home in Gowen. A 1950 graduate of Greenville High School, she retired from the former Gibson Refrigerator Company where she was the Avon Lady for years. She was a longtime member of the Greenville East Congregation of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, and was a skilled seamstress, an avid gardener, and also enjoyed fishing. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Aubrey Dean Yeomans in 1986, and by William V. Ward, Jr. in 2006. Surviving are her children, Katherine & Tom Fuhrman, Dean & Christina Yeomans, Gary Lee Yeomans, and Rebecca & Rick Habel, all of Greenville; a sister, Carolyn Bryant of Pierson; a brother, John & Joyce Tiffany of Indiana; a step-son, William V. Ward III of Greenville; her grandchildren, Christopher & Lynette Fuhrman, Chad & Danelle Fuhrman, Casi & Robert Antcliff, Matthew Yeomans, Steven & Melissa Yeomans, Heather Yeomans, Season Antione, Kalli Clark, Holly Habel, and Eric Habel; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 915 Industrial Park Drive at M-57 East, Greenville.
