Albert Jennings

Albert Vowell Jennings, Jr., age 53, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 4, 2009 at home. The son of Nancy Snow (Jean) & Albert Vowell Jennings, Jr., he was born on Dec. 16, 1955 at Swanwick Air Force Base in England. On Nov. 11, 1994, in Wasilla, Alaska, he married Susan Kay Henderson. Al worked as a claims representative for Allstate Insurance Company and was an avid golfer. Surviving are his wife, Susan K. Jennings of Greenville; three children, Jamie (Charles) Stanford of Anchorage, Alaska, Nathan (Michelle) Jennings with the U.S. Army in Iraq, and Mikayla Jennings of Greenville; two step-daughters, Carla (Jerry) Parker, and Lisa Burns, all of Wasilla, Alaska; five grandchildren; and two brothers, Roger Jennings and Randy Jennings.
