Alan Randall

Alan Jay Randall, age 65, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, passed away after a brief battle with cancer on Thursday, September 16, 2021. He was born November 3, 1955, in Kalamazoo, to the late Owen and Fern (Johnson) Randall. Alan graduated from Comstock High School with the class of 1974. He went on to be a loyal employee to Graphic Packaging for 46 years. Alan was a prolific reader and loved to travel. He had planned to retire in January and travel to Vietnam. Alan's greatest accomplishment was his son, Andrew Joseph, of whom he was so proud. He is further survived by his sisters, Nancy (Joe) Brumley and Laura (Rob) Ashley; his ex-wife, Suwan and her two daughters, Natalie and Paula; and several nieces and nephews. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids, 616-452-3006.
